OCS Logistics members must be transportation providers, including rail and trucking companies, or service providers that support resin handling, loading, transloading, distribution, warehousing, bulk breaking, and resin recovery. OCS Logistics members commit to implementing the OCS Pledge at all U.S. resin-handling facilities and reporting quarterly data on any unrecovered resin releases. OCS Logistics members, excluding OCS Rail members, must complete verification inspections for a sample of facilities during three-year verification cycles.
